Format, flights, points, registration, and what happens when the simulator misbehaves.
Playing
The Circuit is a 2-person team format. Series events alternate between Scramble (Rounds 1 & 3) and Best Ball (Rounds 2 & 4). Outdoor Majors use a mixed format of Best Ball, Scramble, and Alternate Shot.
Any time inside the event window — see the schedule for dates. There are no set tee times. Book whenever suits you, but don't leave it to the last day: a round only scores for the season once every team has posted it.
Men play Black for Scramble rounds and Blue for Best Ball rounds. Women play Red. Seniors 55+ play White. On mixed teams each player plays their own tee. Set it before your first shot — the simulator won't let you change it mid-round.
Rounds open after Week 1 of each series and stay open through the event window, so teams complete rounds at their own convenience. If your schedule genuinely can't fit the window, tell us before it closes rather than after.
Record what happened on your phone and send it to us the same day. We'll review the round and make it right. Without footage there's nothing to review and the score stands as posted. Full detail on the Play Your Round page.
Flights & Points
Flights are set on team performance in Rounds 1 and 2, once every team has posted both. Three flights — Championship, Member, and Social — so you always compete against teams at your level.
Points go to every team that finishes a round. First place in your flight earns 300, scaling down through the field, with 25 points for every finisher outside the top nine. Outdoor Majors carry a 1.5× multiplier and the Championship is worth 2×. Full standings on the Standings page.
A round only awards points once every active team has completed it. If points were awarded early, the first finisher would collect a win against a field of two. Your raw scores appear on the leaderboard immediately — the points follow when the round closes.
No. Every finisher earns points, and the back half of the calendar is worth far more — two Majors at 1.5× and a Championship at 2×. A slow summer is recoverable. Missing rounds is what actually costs you.
