Register on FS Compete — both formats
The Circuit scores through FS Compete. Scramble and Best Ball are separate tournaments, so you need to register for both. Do this on the web at your computer, not standing in the bay.

Check every email folder for your code
FS Compete emails you a confirmation code. It lands in junk, spam, or Promotions more often than the inbox. The sender reads Full Swing Sports. Search that if you can't find it.

Use the same email everywhere
Register on FS Compete, book your bay, and sign in at the simulator with the same email address. Use a different one and the tournament simply won't appear when you get there.

Book your tee time
Members: book through your member portal exactly as you normally would — no extra steps.

Non-members: log in with your registration email, select your profile, choose Tournaments, then book your tournament tee time.

Know your round and format
Rounds 1 & 3 are Scramble. Rounds 2 & 4 are Best Ball. Check the schedule for your event window and the courses page for what you're playing.
In The Bay

STEP BY STEP.

Both players scan the QR code
Before you activate the simulator, both team members scan the opening QR code in the bay. Both of you — not just whoever booked it.

Select Golf
On the simulator main screen, choose Golf to begin the session.

Enter your FS Compete code first
Enter the code before selecting anything else. The software takes you straight to the right course and round. Use the Scramble code for Rounds 1 & 3, the Best Ball code for Rounds 2 & 4. Pick the course manually and your score won't post.

Set your tee box — before your first shot
The simulator will not let you change tees once you start. Get it right the first time. See the table below.

Mixed teams: each player plays their own tee. A man and a woman on the same team play Black and Red respectively — you don't both have to play the same box.
The Two Formats

Rounds 1 & 3
SCRAMBLE
Both players hit, you pick the better shot, and you both play from there. Repeat until holed. One score per team, per hole. Aggressive lines pay off — your partner is your safety net.

BEST BALL
Each player plays their own ball the entire hole. The lower of the two scores counts as the team score. Steadier than a scramble — one of you needs to make par, not both.

If The Bay Lets You Down

SIMULATORS
GLITCH.

A shot doesn't register. A ball reads wrong. The bay quits mid-round. It happens — and it's fixable, but only if we can see it.

Record what happened. A quick video on your phone is enough. Send it to us and we'll review the round and make it right. With no footage there's nothing to review, and the score stands as posted.
Don't wait until the deadline to tell us. Flag it the day it happens. The longer the gap, the harder it is to sort out — and the closer you get to a round that can't be replayed.

NOTHING ELSE.

  1. Register on FS Compete — both Scramble and Best Ball. Check spam for the code.
  2. Use the same email for FS Compete, your booking, and the bay.
  3. Members book normally. Non-members: log in, select profile, choose Tournaments.
  4. In the bay: both scan the QR, select Golf, enter the FS Compete code first.
  5. Set your tee before your first shot — Men Black (Scramble) or Blue (Best Ball), Women Red, 55+ White.
  6. Something breaks? Record video and tell us that day.
