Before you leave the house
Do these once, at your computer, before your first round.

Request your FS Compete invite
The Circuit scores through FS Compete. For the Fall Series, one invite covers all six rounds. Request your invite

Find your code
FS Compete emails a confirmation code that lands in junk, spam or Promotions more often than the inbox. The sender is Full Swing Sports. Search for that if you can't find it.

Use the same email everywhere
Register on FS Compete, book your bay, and sign in at the simulator with the same email address. Use a different one and the tournament won't appear when you get there.

Book your tee time
Members book through the member portal as usual. Non-members log in with your registration email, select your profile, choose Tournaments, then book a tournament tee time.

Know your course and deadline
Every Fall round is Best Ball. Check the schedule for each round's course and deadline.
In the bay

Both players scan the QR code
Before you start the simulator, both of you scan the opening QR code in the bay, not just whoever booked it.

Select Golf
On the simulator's main screen, choose Golf to begin the session.

Enter your FS Compete code first
Enter the code before selecting anything else. The software takes you straight to the right course and round. Pick the course yourself and your score won't post.

Set your tee before your first shot
The simulator won't let you change tees once you start.

Mixed teams: each player plays their own tee. You don't both have to play the same box.
If the bay glitches
A shot doesn't register. A ball reads wrong. The bay quits mid-round. It's fixable, but only if we can see it.

Record what happened
A quick phone video is enough. Send it and we'll review the round and make it right. With no footage there's nothing to review, and the score stands as posted.

Don't wait until the deadline. The longer the gap, the harder it is to sort out.
